摘　　要：甘肃黑刺沟金矿床是党河南山地区新发现的成型金矿。矿床成矿地质环境、地质特征、元素地球化学研究表明,该矿床为研究区乃至祁连山地区新发现的矿床类型,受地层 构造 岩浆岩三位一体控制。矿床地质特征反映该矿床具有明显的层控特点,矿体主要受砾岩层中的断裂控制;矿床成矿物质主要为深部来源,成矿作用受岩浆活动制约明显。对比研究层控矿床的地质特征、物质来源等,黑刺沟金矿不等同于传统意义的层控矿床,类型归属可暂定为类层控型金矿。The Heicigou gold deposit is a new discovered mature deposit in the Danghenanshan area.The geological setting,geological features and geochemical study of elements show that the deposit belongs to a new type deposit in the research area or in whole Qilianshan area.It's controlled by strata-structure-magmatite. The geological features imply that the deposit has obvious stratabound characters, the ore bodies are mostly controlled by faults in gravel beds.The ore-forming materials mainly come from the deep sources, and the mineralization is obviously limited by the magmatic event.Comparing the geological features and material sources, it is found that the Heicigou deposit is not as same as the traditional stratabound deposit,it can be classified as the type of stratabound-like gold deposit.
