摘　　要：“黑社会性质犯罪团伙”是一个错误的概念,这一概念将犯罪团伙和黑社会性质组织相混淆,在逻辑上无法站住脚。这一错误概念不仅会造成犯罪学有关问题研究的混乱,而且还容易在司法实践中造成一些错误认识。The concept of the criminal gang with the underworld characteristic is wrong. This concept confuses criminal gang with the organization of underworld nature and so it does not hold water in logic, This wrong concept will not only create confusions in the studies of some problems of criminology, but also cause some wrong recognition in judicial practice.
