摘　　要：大学生创新能力培养是一项复杂的系统工程 ,可从转变教育思想观念、优化培养方案和课程体系、改革人才培养模式、教学方法和手段、培养创造型师资队伍。The cultivation of the creativity of the college students is a systematic and complex project. Changing the educational concept, perfecting educational programs and curriculum system, reforming teaching approaches, cultivating creative teachers, building a good environment for creative students may contribute a lot to it.
