HPLC测定橘红丸中柚皮苷、橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的 :建立橘红丸 (化橘红 ,陈皮 ,当归等 )中柚皮苷、橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用Shim packODS(Φ6 .0mm× 15 0mm)分析柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 醋酸 水 (30∶4∶6 0 ) ,检测波长 :2 83nm ,流速 :0 .8mL·min-1,柱温 :4 0℃。结果 :柚皮苷和橙皮苷分别在 0 .0 72～ 1.4 3μg和 0 .0 6 8～ 1.37μg范围内呈线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。平均回收率 :柚皮苷为 99.3% ,RSD =0 .6 % (n =5 ) ;橙皮苷为 99.4 % ,RSD =0 .6 % (n =5 )。结论 :该方法简便 ,结果准确 。AIM: To establish the determination of narigin and hesperidin in Juhong Pills(Exocarpium, Citri Grandis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, etc.). METHODS: The extraction was completed with ether. The Shim-pack ODS(Φ6.0mm×150mm) column was used with mobile phase of CH 3OH-CH 3COOH-H 2O(30∶4∶60). The detection wavelength was at 283nm. RESULTS: The linear range for narigin was 0.072～1.43μg, r=0.9999 and the linear range for hesperidin was 0.068～1.37μg, r=0.9999, respectively. Both the average recoveries were 99.3% and 99.4%, respectively. Both RSD were 0.6%(n=5). CONCLUSION: The method is simple and the result is reliable.
