血汗净口服液的止血作用及机制

摘　　要：目的 :观察血汗净口服液 (燕麦草 ) (Xuehanjing ,XHJ)止血效应并初步探讨其作用机制。 方法 :断尾法、玻片法测BT、CT ;分别采用免疫浊度法、凝固法vWF、PT和KPTT ,发色底物法测AT Ⅲ、tPA、PAI并进行血小板计数 ;用血栓成形法测血小板粘附聚集性。结果 :XHJ可显著缩短小鼠CT、BT(P <0 .0 5 ) ;明显缩短大鼠PT、KPTT ,增加大鼠vWF(P<0 .0 5 ) ;对AT Ⅲ活性、PLT无显著影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;显著增加家兔血栓湿重 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :XHJ有明显止血作用 ,机制与纤溶抑制、提高凝血因子活性、促进血小板聚集物质释放和增加PLT粘附聚集能力有关。AIM: To observe the hemostatic effect and hemostasis mechanism of XHJ (Auena fatua L.) oral Liqnid on animals. METHODS: Bleeding time (BT) and clotting time (CT) were measured by means of tail cutting and glass slide method on mice, Von willebrand factoe (vWF), prothrombin time (PT) and Kaolin partial thromboplastin time (KPTT) were observed by immunoterbidimerry and coagulase test, antithrombin Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ) by chromophoric matrix method platelet count by tissue plasminogen activator (tPA), plasminogen activatore inactivator (PAI). CONCLUSION: The results indicate that XHJ has remarkable effect on hemostasis; Its mechanism is related to accelerating blood coagulatlon, inhibiting fibrinolytic activity, adding blood vessel endothelial cell release and improving platelet adhesiveness and aggregation.
