对我国体育场馆复合化使用现状的考察与反思

摘　　要：体育产业化、社会化和市场经济体制对体育设施的设计和经营管理提出了更多、更新的要求,而设计理念中的滞后因素又往往导致设计与使用的脱节.因此,改进设计模式成为摆在建筑师面前一项紧迫的课题.针对于此,从实践调研入手,对我国体育设施复合化使用的现状进行了考察,认为被动复合、功能系列化程度低、复合内容不当、复合度失调是其中比较突出的问题,并从管理体制、设计模式两方面进行了反思,提出了相应的改进措施.Chinese sport facilities have faced many difficulties during the development of sport industrialization and sport socialization. At the same time, the deficiencies in the design pattern have resulted in the disjoint between design and use, so the improvement of design pattern has become a pressing task of the architects. The composite use status quo of sport facility in China has been investigated. The questions such as passive composite, improper composite, and maladjusted composite are very outstanding. At last, the paper puts forward some measures based on the reflection on both administration systems and the design pattern.
