摘　　要：在机电设备复杂的电气自动控制线路中,继电器存在失效问题。介绍了一种可对此进行方便的现场诊断的仪器。它采用80C196KC单片机为主控芯片,IGBT为功率输出元件,可测量继电器主要性能参数。There are relay failures in the complicated automatically controlled circuits. This paper introduces an instrument used for diagnosing this problem conveniently, which adopts 80C196KC one-chip computer as top management chip,IGBT as power output component,can measure the main performance parameters of the relay.
