摘　　要：目的　探讨瘢痕疙瘩放疗疗效及不良反应。方法　回顾性分析 5 2例瘢痕疙瘩病例。按照设备不同分为两组 ,A组 :直线加速器组 ,又分单放和术后放疗组 ,B组 :接触X线机组 ,又分单放和术后放疗组。结果　A组和B组复发率无明显差异 ,使用kV级X线或直线加速器电子线照射无明显区别。Objective To study the carative effect of keloid radiate treatment.Methods To analyse 52 cases of keloid patients. They were divided into two groups(A&B),group A is treated with accelerator,group B is treated with X-ray. Results There was on difference between two groups A&B at reoccur rate,the curative effect is no difference between using X-ray,kV and accelerator.Conclusion Radiotherapy is an effective method to prevent keloid hyperplasia and its reoccur..
