猛鹏散对小鼠疼痛反应影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究猛鹏散的镇痛作用。方法　选用两种疼痛动物模型进行实验研究。结果　实验显示 ,猛鹏散组对小鼠痛阈值与对照组痛阈值比较 ,差别显著 ,P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1。Objective To Ssudy pain-relieve function of Mengpengsan. Methods In the experiment,we choose two kinds of animal models to do the research. Results In the experiment,all the changes were statistically significant compared with the control groups,P<0.05 or P<0.01. Conclusion The result shows that Mengpengsan has the significant function on pain-relieve.
