摘　　要：阐述了关中水资源DSS中数据库的设计与实现。该系统是根据水资源管理的需求,以Windows系统为开发平台,采用面向对象编程语言Delphi开发研制而成,系统实现了水资源管理数据的录入、编辑、查询、报表、制图的功能。This paper expounds the design and implementation of the water resources database system of Decision Support System (DSS) in Guanzhong district. Based on the demand of water resources management, the system is developed by taking the Windows system as development platform, applying the Delphi software of object-oriented program. And the system implements such function as following: data input, editing, inquiring, tabulating, plotting and interacting data with model-base.
