摘　　要：文章介绍了替代CFC-113和1,1,1-三氯乙烷使用的新型氟系溶剂含氢氟氯烃、全氟烃和全氟醚的主要性能特点。The paper has introduced the main properties and characteristics of the new type fluoricseries solvents as hydrogenous fluorochlorohydrocarbon, perflurohydrocarbon and perfluoroether forsubstitution of CFC-113 and 1,1,1-trichloroethane, and emphatically introduced their application tech-nology and the problems to which attention should be paid in use according to foreign practical situation.
