摘 要:分析了涟钢CSP生产线7机架精连轧机的板带轧制力模型,并针对其在实际生产过程中遇到的一些问题,提出了改进方案,即基于原轧制力模型进行优化,建立了新模型。同时确立了新的变形抗力模型方程。由优化前后的计算和对比分析可知,新模型的精度更好,在生产实际应用中对轧制力的预报准确率大幅度提高。According to the traditional rolling force model of CSP line at Liansteel to be analyzed, and its some defects to be found out, in consequence Liansteel has puted forward a new rolling force model that optimied the original rolling force model.In addition, during the period of optimization, the better calculated and the resistance of deformation models were also built. As compared to traditional model, due to the calculated accuracy of new model is more high,the prediction accurate rate of the calculated rolling force has highly elevated at the practical production.
