摘　　要：本文从高等学校中外合作办学的总体现状出发,结合本学院实践经验,探讨了高等学校充分利用国内外优质教育资源合作办学的必要性和可行性,提出了国内高等学校在实施中外合作办学时值得借鉴的若干新思路和新做法。Starting from the current situation of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running higher education, and based on the self experience of the school, the necessity and the feasibility of taking fully advantages of excellent education resources at home and abroad for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running higher education is discussed in this paper. Some new ideas and measures are presented for domestic higher education institutions in running higher education with the cooperation of foreign institutions.
