摘  要:利用4×4矩阵法,模拟了(Tb23Fe72.5Co4.5)100-xPrx或(Tb27Fe65Co8)100-xPrx两个磁性多层膜系统的磁光科尔旋转角和椭圆率分别随入射角和磁性层厚度的变化.计算结果表明:(1)引入界面效应,发现界面结构对结果有重要的影响,当d1=d2=h/2时,理论模拟结果很好地解释了实验结果;(2)在入射光波长为670、825nm时,(Tb23Fe72.5Co4.5)100-xPrx和(Tb27Fe65Co8)100-xPrx两个多层膜系统的科尔旋转角随磁性层的厚度和入射角度的变化都存在峰值,Pr含量的变化不会改变科尔谱的形状,但对科尔旋转角的峰值有影响.The Kerr rotation and ellipticity as the function of magnetic layer thickness and the incident angle are calculated for two series of Pr substituted TbFeCo composition with 4×4 matrix method as the laser wavelength is fixed at 670 nm and 825 nm. The simulated results indicate that, firstly, it can be seen that the structure of interface has important contributions to magneto-optical effects, and there's a more acceptable correspondence between the calculated and experimental data as d_1=d_2=h/2; secondly, on one hand, with the increasing thickness of magnetic layer, the maximum Kerr rotation exists and the ellipticity decreased correspondingly. On the other hand, as the angle of incidence increases from 0 to 89°,the Kerr ellipticity enhanced monotonically while the Kerr rotation still have a maximum; Moreover,the shapes of Kerr spectra don't vary with the concentration of Pr,while effect directly the peak value of Kerr rotation.
