论加快“闽南金三角”崛起的战略意义

摘　　要：包括厦门、泉州和漳州三个地级市的闽南三角洲,是福建省经济最具活力的增长极和核心区域,并且日益成为福建省新型生产中心与制造业基地、先进制度与技术的创新源以及海峡西岸重要的都市连绵带。在经济全球化和区域经济一体化步伐日益加快的背景下,进一步发挥闽南地区的区位、经济和人文优势,跨区域整合互补资源,促进“金三角”崛起,既有现实需求,更具长远的战略意义。其战略意义主要是有利于:推进海峡西岸经济区建设和东部发展战略实施;实现城市联盟和形成闽南城市群;打造福建“金南翼”和强化“增长极”;北接“长三角”和南连“珠三角”;促进福建产业集群升级和构筑福建先进制造业基地。South Fujian Golden Delta is the most energetic growth pole and core area of Fujian Province. It is becoming the new production center, the manufacture base and the innovative source of advanced institution and technology, as well as the important city groups in Fujian. Under the circumstance of the economic globalization and integration of regional economy, accelerating the economic rise of this region will promote the construction of the West Bank Area of Taiwan Strait and the enforcement of East China Development Strategy. The rise of this region will help to promote the corporation with the Yangtze River Delta and Zhujiang River Delta, and the upgrading of industrial clusters in Fujian Province. And it will also do good to the alliance among the cities of Xiamen, Quanzhou and Zhangzhou.
