农村家庭户主人力资本存量与家庭收入关系实证分析

摘　　要：采用河南省农村抽样调查资料,实证分析了农村家庭户主人力资本存量与家庭收入之间的关系,结果表明:农村家庭户主的人力资本存量越高,家庭收入水平越高,家庭收入来源越广,家庭收入结构越合理;其中家庭工资性收入水平与农村户主人力资本存量之间的正向关系更为明显。This paper explored the relation between human capital of household head and household income in rural China.The results were: The higher the human capital of household head,the higher the household income, the more the ways which the household income come from, the better the income composition. Human capital of household head has much more important impact on income from wages than from other sources.
