摘　　要：通过对我国和山西林木遗传育种学科50年成就的初步总结,针对目前林木遗传育种学科的发展前沿和所存在的六个方面的问题,提出了我省林木遗传育种学科"十一五"优先发展的方向、主要建设内容和目标,以及配套的政策和技术措施。The paper summarized the achievements in forest genetic breeding of China and Shaixi Province during the past fifty years. Based on the future development and existed six aspects of problems in forest genetic breeding, its orientation of priority to development, construction and objective, and necessary policy and measures of Shanxi Province in the eleventh Five-year Plan were put forward.
