摘　　要：介绍了利用GPS技术向岛礁传递国家三维坐标基准 (国家平面坐标系统、国家高程系统 )的新做法 ,探讨了岛礁GPS大地高向国家高程的合理转换问题 。This paper introduces ways to build state three-dimensional coordinate system(including state plane coordinate system and state height system) on islands and reefs by GPS technique.The problems of rational transformation of GPS height to state height on island and reefs are discussed, and the building method of three-dimensional coordinate on islands and reefs are pointed out.
