论平滑肌是肝藏调节性生理的解剖基础

摘　　要：论证了肝藏与生殖的密切关系 ,基于肝藏的生理解剖基础是平滑肌系统这一认识 ,对“肝行肾气”、“女子以肝为先天”两个中医学理论进行了讨论 ,指出肝藏在生殖方面所发挥作用的生理解剖基础是生殖系统的平滑肌。肝藏与平滑肌关系的理论在生殖方面得到了逻辑统一的论证。The intimate relationship between liver and reproduction were demonstrated.Based on the cognition that the smooth muscle system is the physiological and anatomic background of liver,two traditional Chinese medicine theories were discussed,one is “liver improves the flow of kidney-qi”,another is “the female congenital basis is liver”.It is suggested that the smooth muscle of genital system is the physiological and anatomic background of the liver′s functions in reproduction.The theory of relationship between liver and smooth nuscle was logically demonstrated in aspect of reproduction.
