灯盏花素滴丸质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究灯盏花素滴丸的质量标准。方法 :采用分光光度法对主药灯盏乙素进行鉴别 ;用高效液相色谱法测定了灯盏乙素的含量。结果 :采用分光光度法 (《中华人民共和国药典》2 0 0 0版一部附录VA进行测定 ,在 2 84nm和 335nm的波长处有最大吸收。该方法的线性范围为0 .4 36～ 2 .18μg ,平均回收率为 99.84 % ,RSD =0 .91% (n =6 )。结论 :该方法专属性强 ,线性良好 ,具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏等优点 ,可以作为质量控制的方法。Objective:To study the quality standard of breviscapine drop pill.Method: breviscapine B was identified by uv-spectrophotometry,and the content of Breviscapine determined by HPLC.Result:According to appendix VA of Editor 2000 No.1 of China Pharmacopoeia,wave lengths on the maximum absorption were 284 nm and 335 nm.The linear scope was 0.436～2.18 μg. The average recovery of breviscapine was 99.84%,RSD=0.91%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is highly exclusive and linear.Furthermore,it is simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive.It could be applied to the quality control of breviscapine.
