摘　　要：在分析国有资产存量、流量和增量信息管理的基础上,设计了一种基于CIS的B／S模式下国资信息管理系统,阐述了该系统的设计原则、设计模型,对系统的功能进行了介绍,给出了系统设计技术要点和实现方法.The complete administration and on-line synchromonitor aimed to the deposit, flow and increment of stated-owned assets is a new breakthrough in the field of asset administration with the development of electronic official affair. Based on Geographic Information System in terms of B/S mode, this essay proposes the design of management information system and provides the technological characteristics and realization of the system.
