摘 要:以低聚季铵盐表面活性剂作为模板剂 ,在中性条件下合成出结构有序的介孔硅铝酸盐材料MCM 4 1.考察了硅酸盐与铝酸盐不同比例对产物结构与表面性质的影响 .XRD结果表明 :随着硅酸盐与铝酸盐比例 (摩尔比 )的增加 ,介孔材料孔道有序性增加 ;当硅酸盐与铝酸盐摩尔比大于 1∶1时可以得到高度有序的MCM 4 1材料 ,其中当nSi∶nAl=9.5∶1时 ,产物的有序性最高 ;硅酸盐与铝酸盐的比例对晶胞参数a0 有一定影响 ,a0 值在 4 .70~ 5 .15nm之间 .氮气吸附实验表明 :随着硅酸盐与铝酸盐的比例增加 ,产物的BET表面积、孔体积随之增加 ,硅酸盐与铝酸盐的比例对最可几孔径没有显著影响 ,对孔壁厚度略有影响 ,两者分别在 2 .0nm左右和 2 .6 6~ 3.30nm之间时的SEM结果表明 :样品是由不规则的颗粒组成 ,粒径大约在 0 .5 μm ,硅酸盐与铝酸盐的比例对样品的粒径没有显著影响 .Using oligomeric surfactant (The molecular formula of surfactant see Fig.1) as template,aluminosilicate MCM-41 with high structure order was synthesized under neutral condition. The effect of different molar ratio of silicate to aluminate on the structure of the samples was researched by small-angle X-ray diffraction (SXRD) and N_2 adsorption-desorption technique and scanning electron microscope(SEM). Results showed that the structure of resulting samples belonged to hexagonal symmetry. With the increase of the molar ratio of silicate to aluminate,the ordering of pore structure increased. When the molar ratio of silicate to aluminate was more than 1,high quality of sample was obtained. The ordering of pore structure was highest at 9.5:1 of the molar ratio of silicate to aluminate. Nitrogen adsorption-desorption indicated that there existed type Ⅳ adsorption isotherm. With the increase of the molar ratio of silicate to aluminate the BET surface area and total pore volume of the samples increased. The molar ratio of silicate to aluminate had no distinct effect on the most probable pore size which nearly around 2.0?nm,and had small effect on the pore wall thickness which were between 2.66-3.30?nm. SEM showed that the shapes of particles were irregular. The particle size was about 0.5 μm,and the molar ratio of silicate to aluminate had no effect on the particle size.
