摘　　要：论述了黄姜产业的概况及污染特点 ,皂素生产以水污染为主 ,对重点水源保护构成了严重威胁 ,提出了污染防治对策建议。The article discusses the general conditions and pollution features of turmeric industry.The production of saponin has polluted the water,and has been a serious threat to the protection of important water resources.The article puts forward the countermeasures to prevent and cure the pollution.
