摘 要:在大连湾采集了5个站位12个海水样品,应用分光光度法和规范法平行测定COD的含量。取1000mL现场海水用规范法平行测定5次,取平均值作为分光光度法的标准浓度值。用该海水的消光度计算未知样品的COD,计算公式:c2=c1E标/E测。测定结果表明两种方法基本相同,其相关系数r=0.9283。分光光度法可以代替规范法的硫代硫酸钠滴定法。COD content of 12 seawater samples collected from 5 stations in Dalian Bay were measured by the spectrometry and titration separately. The sample of 1 000 mL seawater was analyzed 5 parallel times by the titration, and the average of the 5 analytical results was used as the standard concentration of COD. Based the absorbency and the concentration of this seawater sample, the COD content of other seawater samples were measured by the spectrometry and the analytical results was calculated by the formula c_2= c_1 E _s/ E _x. The analytical results indicate that the COD contents measured by the spectrometry and titration are very close, the correlation coefficient of which is 0.928 3. Through the experiment, the conclusion is that the spectrometry can substitute for the titration in measured COD content of seawater.
