摘　　要：本文用两种方法同时检测一株大肠杆菌不耐热肠毒素,结果表明,免疫溶血法为阳性,改良 ELeK 试验为阳性,提示免疫溶血法灵敏度较高。This article explains two Ways to test the antiheat toxin of one colon rodshaped bacteria at the same time,The result shows that the immuned heamolysis test is positive While Elek test is negative,Which indicates the immuned haemolysis test is more sensitive
