摘 要:在烷基锂助催化剂存在下,分别以双环戊二烯二氯化钛、双环戊二烯二芳基钛为催化剂对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)进行加氢反应,用傅里叶红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱分析了氢化前后聚合物结构的变化。为优化加氢反应条件,分别考察了活性基础聚合物组成、Li/Ti、催化剂用量、加氢温度、压力等对加氢效果的影响。当催化剂用量为0.2~0.4 mmol/100 g聚合物时,反应2 h,可达到二烯烃段加氢度大于98%的良好效果。另外,对茂钛加氢反应机理进行了初步探索。A series of titanocenes catalyst including Ti(Ti5-C5H5)2Cl2, Ti(η5-C5H5)2-(MeC6H4)2, Ti(η5-C5H5)2-(C6H5)2 screened separately as catalyst was hydrogenated with styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) at the existence of lithium alkylide promoter. The structure of polymer before and after hydrogenation was analyzed by FTIR and 'H-NMR. The hydrogenation effecting factors, such as polymer component of active base, the ratio of Li to Ti, dosage of catalyst, temperature and hydrogen pressure, were investigated to optimize reaction condition. When the amount of catalyst was between 0.2-0.4 mmol/100 g polymer, the hydrogenation efficiency can reach 98% after hydrogenation for 2 hours. In addition, hydrogenation reaction theory for titanocenes was explored preliminarily.
