水稻弹性秧和半水秧某些生理特性比较研究初报  

COMPARISON OF SOME PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERS BETWEEN ELASTIC AND HUMID GROWING RICE SEEDLINGS

摘　　要：比较了两个水稻品种弹性秧和半水秧秧苗的一些生理特性。结果表明,两个品种弹性秧的根系活力、ATP 酶活性和叶绿素含量均高于半水秧;而秧苗膜相对透性、生长量、总糖含量和过氧化物酶活性则相反,弹性秧低于半水秧;但四种不同秧龄的秧苗移栽后,均表现为弹性秧的根系活力、生长量和 ATP 酶活性高于半水秧。Some physiological characters of the elastic and humid growing seedlings of two rice varieties were studied.The results showed that the activities of root and ATPase, content of chlorophyll were significantly higher in the elastic growing seedlings,but the relative permeability of cell membrance,growth rate,content of total sugar,activity of peroxidase were obviously lower in the elastic growing seedlings as compared with those in the humid seedlings.The activities of root and ATPase,growth rate were higher in the elastic growing seedlings than those in the humid growing seedlings of 4 different ages af- ter transplanting.
