烷烃混合工质在逆向布莱顿循环制冷中的应用

摘  要:CFCs 和HCFCs 制冷剂因破坏臭氧层而面临彻底被淘汰。碳氢化合物的臭氧消耗衰减指数为零 ,同时 ,它们还具有很好的热物理特性。目前烷烃做制冷剂的研究多集中在电冰箱这样的小型系统上 ,而文中研究的则是它们在相对容量较大的空调中的性能。采用RKS方程对含丙烷、异丁烷的非共沸混合工质进行了理论计算 ,讨论了工质成分对系统性能的影响。搭建了实验台 ,对由R2 90 R15 2a R6 0 0a组成的混合物和由R74 4 R6 0 0a组成的混合物 ,应用于逆向布莱顿循环 ,进行了对比实验。结果表明 ,由R2 90 R15 2a R6 0 0a组成的混合物具有较大的单位质量制冷量和COP ,是较理想的制冷工质。CFCs and HCFCs refrigerating agents face to be completely rejected since they damage the ozone layer. The damping index of ozone consumption of hydrocarbons is zero. And they have good thermal physical performance. Now, the study to take alkane as refrigerating agent mainly aims to the small systems, such as refrigerators. But the article studies the alkane performance in air conditioners, which have bigger capacity. With RKS equation, the theoretical calculation is conducted for the mixing media containing propane and isobutene without the common boiling point. The influence of the media composition on the system performance is discussed. And the experiment system is built. With the reverse-Brayton cycle, the comparing tests are conducted for the mixture of R290/R152a /R600a and the mixture of R744/R600a. The results show the mixture of R290/R152a /R600a has bigger refrigerating capacity per unit quality and COP. It is an ideal refrigerating medium.
