摘  要:研究中用0%、0.25%、1%、2%代血清ultroser G和0.5%、1%、2%的代血清ultroser HY(以下称G和HY)。在体外成熟培养(IVM)、体外受精(IVF)、体外培养(IVC)和胚胎冷冻的各阶段中,分别代替10%的发情牛血清(OCS)、牛血清白蛋白(BSA)和15%的胎犊血清(FCS)。结果表明:(1)各组平均成熟率为98.9%±1.35,与对照组(10%OCS)无差异(P>0.05)。(2)体外受精时用修正的泰洛氏(Tyrod’s)溶液中分别加入不同浓度G和HY,各组的分裂率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。(3)受精后的2~8分裂球发育成囊胚,除0%和2%G组与10%OCS组有差异外(P<0.05),其余组无差异。(4)用含代血清培养液培养出7~8日龄的1~2级囊胚分别置于含3%HY、3%G和对照组(15%FCS)的冷冻液中(PBS),冷冻72h时后解冻培养的孵化率为76.6%、62%、77.3%和76.7%,除3%G组显著低于对照组(P<0.05),其余组无差异。The effects of serum substitutes (Ukroser G and Ultroser HY) on the maturation (FVM), fertilization (IVF), and culture (IVC) in vitro and freezing of bovine embryos were investigated. The results demonstrated that: (1) The average maturation rate for each group was 98. 9%±1. 35·no significant difference (P>0. 05) was observed between the.treatments and the control (10% OCS). (2) The fertilization medium Was modified Tyrode's supplemented with different concentration of G and HY. The control has a significantly (P<0. 01) higher cleavage rate. (3) The treatments with 0% and 2% G resulted in a significantly lower (P<0. 05) blastocyst yield than that of control. No significant differences were observed among the other treatments. (4) The blastocysts were exposed to the media with 3% HY,3% G and 15% FCS, respectively. After freezing and thawing, the hatching rate for the treatments with 3% HY, 3% G and 15% FCS were 76. 6%, 62%, 77. 3% and 76. 7%, respectively. The group with 3% G has a significantly lower (/><0. 05) hatching rate than that of control. No significant difference were observed among the other treatments.
