摘 要:需求牵引和技术推动是武器装备发展的2大动力.作战需求是武器装备发展需求的重要组成,在武器装备的发展中起着导向、牵引、检验和增益作用.我军的武器装备作战需求论证工作起步较晚,目前尚未形成完善的理论体系和方法体系.在深入剖析武器装备作战需求论证内涵的基础上,探讨了作战需求论证的基本模式和主要内容,并按照战术与技术相结合、知识与经验相结合、定性与定量相结合的综合集成思想,构建了"分析-研讨-支持一体化"的武器装备作战需求论证基本方法.The development of weapons and equipment is driven by requirements and technology. As vital aspect of the developmental requirements, the operational requirements play the roles of direction, leading, verification and effect-increasing in the development of weapons and equipment. In our army, the operational requirements demonstration began so late that it has not achieved perfect theoretical system and methodology. With these considerations, the paper discusses the basic modes and main contents of the operational requirements demonstration, based on the analysis of its implications. By adopting the integration concept of combination of tactics and technology, knowledge and experience, qualification and quantification, it establishes a basic method for the operational requirements demonstration of weapons and equipment——integration of analysis, discussion and support.
