摘　　要：本文给出了不等距光栅衍射光强度分布的一般公式,并引出了衍射—干涉复合因子的概念。同时,以一种采用不等距光栅的光位移传感器为例,利用不等光栅衍射光强度分布一般公式对其进行了计算和分析。The general formula of the light strength distribution for a varied-line space grating is introduced. The concept of complex factor of diffraction-interference is conducted. Based on the general formula, an linear displacement sensor is analyzed and calculated.
