SPIFE全自动电泳仪测定血清蛋白电泳及其在肾脏疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :评价SPIFE电泳仪测定血清蛋白电泳的性能及其在肾脏疾病中的诊断价值。方法 :用混合血清进行批内、批间重复性测定 ,用健康体检标本做室内正常参考值 ,对临床确诊的 12 8例各类肾脏疾病患者进行REP高压快速蛋白电泳 ,并对各区带进行扫描 ,测出各区带百分含量 ,与正常对照组 (80例 )相比较 ,探讨两者血清蛋白各组分百分含量之间的差异性。结果 :混合血清蛋白电泳的批内和批间重复性较好 ,并且各区带百分含量与文献报道基本一致。在各种肾脏疾病中 ,各区带百分含量与对照组相比较都有不同程度的变化 ,某些组分与正常组比较两者存在明显的差异性。结论 :SPIFE电泳仪采用高自动化的电泳和染色技术 ,应用优质琼脂糖凝胶试验盒 ,操作简便、图谱清晰、分辨率高、重复性好、结果准确。该电泳法对肾脏疾病具有一定的临床诊断价值。Objective: To evaluate the natural capacity of SPIFE system and the diagnosis value of serum proteins electrophoresis in various kidney diseases. Methods: The reproducibility of tests within-run and between-run was determined using the pool serum. The normal reference range of healthy person serum was established. Serum proteins were detected by REP high pressure and fast scanning electrophoresis in 80 cases of normal volunteer and 128 cases of various kidney diseases. Through scanning and calculating belt calculus for every kind and compared with the control. Results: The reproducibility of serum protein valves was good,comparing with references were consistent. At the same time,the results that the five protein components in various kidney diseases compared with control showed that there were different degree increase or decrease,and this was very obvious in the kidney disease synthesizes. Conclusion: Owing to adopting high automatic technique of electrophoresis and stain,with high quality agarose gel kits in SPIFE system,the operation of serum protein electrophoresis was simple,the collection of illustrative plates were clear,the resolution power was high,the reproducibility was well and the results were accurate. It had very important significance for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis in various kidney diseases.
