补肾药对老年大鼠听力影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 观察右归丸对老年大鼠听力自然衰退的影响。方法 30只18月龄Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,对照组按10ml·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)的剂量予生理盐水灌胃;右归丸组按3.3g·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)的剂量予右归丸灌胃,连续6个月后,观察听觉脑干反应及内耳毛细胞损失情况。结果 右归丸组ABR反应阈较对照组低(P<0.05);右归丸组耳蜗底回近钩端部位外毛细胞损失较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论 右归丸对老年性聋的发生具有延缓作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Yougui Pills(YGP) on the hearing loss of aging rats. Methods Thirty Wistar rats at the age of 18 months were randomly. divided into two groups, with YGP fed to those in treating group (TG)at the dosage of 3. 3g/kg and normal saline (NS)fed to those in controlling one (10ml/kg/day). The treatment was lasted for 6 months. Then, the threshold of auditory brainstem response (ABR)and the missing of hair cells in the in- ner ear were evaluated by the end of experiment. Results The ABR threshold in TG was lower than that in CG (P<0. 05)and the missing of outer hair cells in the base turn near to the hook area was less among the animals in TG than those in CG(P<0. 05). Conclusions Kidney-tonify- ing herbs like YGP hold the therapeutic effects on the hearing loss among rats during the process of aging. It is suggested that this kind of herbs can be used to treat presbycusis.
