高压锅炉管用12Cr1MoVG钢水平连铸圆管坯的试制

摘　　要：衡阳华菱钢管公司采用 30tEAF LF 水平连铸 (HCC)工艺试生产了高压锅炉用 12Cr1MoVG钢110～ 14 0mm圆管坯。生产结果表明 ,当钢中 (As +Sn)含量为 0 0 6 4 %时 ,管坯经 5 80℃ 5 0 0 0h时效后 ,室温冲击功由 130J降至 15J;当在炉料中配加 30 %优质生铁 ,钢中 (As +Sn)含量为 0 0 2 9%时 ,经 5 80℃ 6 0 0 0h时效后 ,室温冲击功为 185J ,满足标准要求。在冶炼时控制钢中 (As +Sn)≤ 0 0 30 % ,O≤ 4 0× 10 - 6 ,N≤ 90×10 - 6 ,P≤ 0 0 15 % ,S≤ 0 0 10 % ,各类夹杂物≤ 1级时 ,圆管坯各项性能均能达到标准和使用要求。The 110～140 mm tube round blank of steel 12Cr1MoVG for high pressure boiler tube has been pilot-produced by 30 t EAF-LF-horizontal continuous casting process at Hengyang Hualing Steel Tube. The production results showed that as (As+Sn) content in steel was 0.064%, ambient impact energy of steel after aging at 580 ℃ for 5 000 h decreased to 15 J from original 130 J; while (As+Sn) content was 0.029% by adding 30% quality pig iron in charging, the ambient impact energy of steel after aging at 580 ℃ for 6 000 h was 185 J to meet the standard requirement. When the elements in steelmaking are controlled as follows: (As+Sn)≤0.030%, O≤40×10 -6, N≤90×10 -6, P≤0.015%, S≤0.010%, and each kind of inclusions rating ≤1, the all properties of tube round blank shall be up to the requirements of standard and application.
