摘　　要：本文综述了仪器与自动测试系统领域所采用的各种总线标准 ,通过对它们的比较 ,分别介绍了各总线标准的概念、特点和应用。In this paper, all kinds of bus standards adopted in instruments and automatic testing systems field are described synthetically, by comparing buses, conceptions, characteristics and applications of all bus standards are introduced respectively.
