摘　　要：通过对比分析玲珑金矿近十多年来保有各级地质储量和投入采掘工程量的部分变化情况 ,重点总结玲珑金矿资源管理和生产经营工作中的经验与教训 ,分析采掘工程的变化原因 ,指出了玲珑金矿今后资源管理工作中应采取的措施 。Upon analyzing the change of geological reserves and production volume, the paper mainly generalizes the experience and lapsus in gold resource administration and mining management, analyzes the reasons for the change of mining volume, and proposes the measures that should be paid attention to in gold resource administration, henceforth laying a foundation for continuously stable development of gold exploitation in Linglong Gold Mine.
