摘  要:对黄金冶炼厂在焙砂酸浸系统中生成的结晶物进行了化学定性分析 ,确定了结晶物的主要成分为钙、镁的水合硫酸盐 ,二氧化硅 ,氧化铁等 ;并根据盐类结晶理论探讨了结晶物的形成机理 ,指出钙、镁硫酸盐类的过饱和浓度较高是形成此类结晶物的首要因素 ;评价了防止。The main compositions of crystals formed during acid leaching systems in gold smelters were determined by a qualitative analysis.They are composed by hydrous calcium ,magnesium sulphate ,silicon oxide, iron oxide,etc.The crystals formed mechanism is demonstrated according to salt crystallizing theory.The results showed that supersaturated concentration of calcium and magnesium sulphate is the principal reasons formed the crystals.The present ways about clearing up and preventing crystals were evaluated.
