摘 要:系统地研究了首钢三炼钢 4号铸机拉速和比水量对优质高碳钢小方坯中心缺陷的影响。首先在典型工况下分别调整了拉速和比水量 ,将拉速 2 .6 m /m in降低到了 2 .0 m/min,铸坯的中心偏析、疏松得到了改善 ,同时中心缩孔在一定程度上有所恶化 ,因此将拉速优化为 2 .2 m/min。随着比水量的降低 (1.0~ 0 .7) L /kg,中心偏析先恶化 ,然后改善 ,中心疏松和中心缩孔均得到了改善 ,因此将比水量控制在 0 .7L /kg。最后将拉速和比水量进行了优化匹配。结果表明对于首钢三炼钢 4号铸机将拉速控制在 2 .2 m /min、冷却强度控制在 0 .8L /kg有益于优质高碳钢小方坯中心缺陷的改善。It's systemic studied the effect of casting speed and water consumption rate on central defects of high quality and high carbon grade billet which belong to the No.3 steel plant No.4 CC machine of Shougang in this paper. Firstly adjusted casting speed and water consumption rate respectively under typical process condition: as the casting speed decreased from 2.6 m/min to 2.0 m/min, center segregation and center looseness have been improved but center pipe went to the bad, so controlled the casting speed at 2.2 m/min. As the water consumption rate decreased from 1.0 L/kg to 0.7 L/kg, center segregation became worsen and then improved, center looseness and center pipe both have been improved, so controlled the water rate at 0.7 L/kg. Lastly matched the casting speed and water consumption rate for optimized, the results indicated that, to the No.3 steel plant No.4 CC machine of Shougang, the central defects of high carbon steel billet can be improved when the casting speed is 2.2 m/min and water consumption rate is 0.81 L/kg.
