摘 要:介绍了武钢在提高铁水脱硫预处理能力过程中的基本情况及对 KR机械搅拌法、鱼雷罐喷吹法、铁水罐喷吹法处理工艺的优化和降低生产成本等方面达到的效果 ,介绍了这几种工艺方法使用 Ca O、Ca C2 、Ca O+Mg粒、纯 Mg粒等不同脱硫剂及新型脱硫剂试验的情况 ,分析了各种方法的优缺点。机械搅拌法动力学条件好 ,较容易实现深脱硫 ;鱼雷罐喷吹适用于大批量的铁水预处理 ;纯镁铁水脱硫工艺脱硫剂单耗低 。Basic conditions of advancing hot metal pretreatment capability in WISCO measures for optimizing processes of kinetics rabbling, injecting in torpedo ladle and hot metal ladle, and results of depressing production cost are reported.The test results of CaO, CaC 2, CaO+Mg, pure Mg different desulfurizing agents compared with new desulfurizing one in these processes are discussed.Kinetics rabbling has good dynamic conditions.Weak desulfurizing agents is used and deep desulfurization is realized in kinetics rabbling.Injecting in torpedo ladle is applied to hot metal pretreatment with large quantity of hot metal.But the dynamic conditions of injecting in torpedo is not good.The desulfurizing agents consumption of injecting in hot metal ladle is low.It has stable injecting process and short treatment time.
