摘 要:采用最优试验设计方法 ,建立了烧结合理配矿的统计模型 ,解析了各矿种对烧结矿产质量的影响 ,给出了获得最佳烧结指标值时各种矿的定量搭配关系 ,模型较正确地反映了各种矿按不同比例搭配后烧结的规律性 ;在鞍钢原料条件下 ,进行了球团配加A精矿的实验室试验。结果表明 ,球团车间铁料的最佳配比为 :精矿A∶精矿D =60∶40。实施优化配矿方案后 ,取得了较为显著的效果 ,基本实现了鞍钢铁矿资源的合理配置。Regress models on ores proportioning for sintering are established by optimal designs of experiments method. The effects of single ore factor on sinter yield and quality can be analyzed also. Based on the mathematical model of ores proportioning with the theory of optimal, the numerical relationships between one ore with the others were given while obtaining optimum sintering indexes. It is proved that values calculated by this model is in good agreement with experimental data. According to the raw material conditions of ANGANG, the laboratory pelletizing tests with addition of concentrate A are carried out. The experiments show that optimal blending ratio of concentrate A to concentrate B of the pellet plant is 60∶40. Optimization ores proportioning technology applied to sintering and pelleting production can put ANGANG's ore resources to rational use mainly.
