摘　　要：20 0 4年鞍钢准备在西区新建 2台 3 0 0m2 烧结机 ,为了探索取消热返矿工艺的可行性 ,于 2 0 0 4年 1～ 2月 ,在二烧 3 60m2 烧结机上进行了为期一个月的取消热返矿生产的工业试验 ,以探索东北地区冬季采用无热返矿工艺生产对烧结矿产质量的影响 ,及其应对措施。Two 300 m2 sinter machines would be built in AISC in the year 2004. This design will cancel out the hot sinter screening. Therefor, the industrial test of canceling hot returns was conducted in the 360 m2 sintering plant of the second workshop, AISC to determine the feasibility of canceling hot returns in the sintering plant of our country northeast area. And some measurements to ensure the quality and quantity of sinter were also proposted
