摘　　要：分析了图书馆人力资源开发与培训的意义、地位和作用,提出了图书馆人力资源开发与培训的系统模型,为实现图书馆在新时代的发展战略进行了有益的探索。This paper analyzes the significance, position and functions of training and developing of human resources in the libraries, advances the model of training and developing system of human resources in the libraries, and probes into the developing strategy of the library in the new times.
