摘　　要：首钢新建 35 0 0mm中厚板轧机生产线采用自主设计开发的过程控制系统 ,在该系统中包括有轧件跟踪功能。该功能根据轧线的检测仪表信号和控制信号对轧件进行跟踪 ,并通过人机界面对轧件跟踪进行显示和修正 ,实现了全线的轧件跟踪 。The process control system developed by us is used on new 3 500 mm Shougang plate mill. In this system, the plate tracking function is included. The plates are tracked on line with the measuring signal and controlling signal. The plate tacking is displayed and corrected through HMI and the whole line plate tracking is realized. The other process control functions and the operator's correct operation are also guaranteed.
