自拟百合调经汤治疗继发性月经不调

摘　　要：用自拟百合调经汤为基本方治疗女大、中学生心阴(营)亏虚型月经不调80例:临床治愈54例(67.5％),显效14例(17.5％),总有效率为95％.提出了心阴(营)亏虚是大、中学生继发性月经不调的主要原因。Reports the therapeutic effect of the self-made Baihe Tiaojin Tang on high school and university female students as a remedy for secondary irregular menstruation because of a deficiency of the heart-yin (the heart-nutriment). Out of the 80 cases to whom this self-made Lily Decoction for Regularizing Menstruation was administered, 54 showed clinical cure, accounting for 67. 5% of the total, and 14 revealed remarkable effect, making up 17. 5%, the overall effective rate being 95% of the total. Therefore, the author proposes that the deficiency of the yin fluid of the heart is the determining factor for secondary irregular menstruation among the high school and university female students.
