摘　　要：在中国不断加速的城市化进程中,城市的个性消退与城市的特色危机已越来越成为关注的焦点。本文就其原因进行了深入而细致的分析,并在此基础上,指出了城市特色的构因素,以及城市特色营造的有效方法和不同途径。In the accelerated progress of city construction in China today, the city's characteristic crisis is becoming the focus of society. The paper point out the components of city characteristic on the basic of the critical reason analysis. In the case of Berlin and Rotterdam, the paper state the different effective way to construct the city characteristic.
