摘 要:不少大型设计企业仍然采取计划经济时期的生产组织管理模式,企业领导垂直指挥职能部门和生产部门,工作压力很大;生产部门承接工程项目后资源配置上很难统筹;职能部门对生产部门也无法有效地发挥管理职能。因此,运用矩阵式管理的方法进行项目管理。同时,企业内部可实行专业化设置,优化生产组织管理和增强市场竞争能力,并为深化体制改革打下良好基础。The management mode of production and organization established in the planned economy period is still widely applied in many large architectural design enterprises. The enterprise leaders vertically direct the function departments and production departments, bringing great work pressure to themselves, furthermore it's hard for them to plan accordingly the resource allocation for the projects which are undertaken by the production departments. And the function departments can't play the full role in the management of the production departments. So, the method of matrix management shall be recommended to carry on the project management. Meanwhile, the specialized establishment shall be executed in the enterprise to optimize the production and organization management and enhance the market competitiveness, which will lay a good foundation to deepen the system reform.
