摘　　要：宝钢 1 42 0电镀锡机组在高速生产极限规格产品时 ,对中央段张力的控制方式、控制精度以及分布情况有严格的要求。文章介绍了宝钢 1 42 0电镀锡机组中央段张力系统的控制原理 ,提出了针对极限规格张力控制的改进措施 ,并给出了实际张力分布的计算方法和应用效果。Proper tension control method,accuracy and distribution are greatly needed for Baosteel 1420 Electrolyte Tinning Line (ETL) when products with limit specifications are being produced.In this paper,the control principle of the tension system for the central section of Baosteel 1420 ETL is described.Measures for improvement in tension control over limit specifications have been put forward,together with the calculation on actual tension distribution and its application effects.
