摘 要:8 2B - 1盘条一般用于制造高强度、低松弛预应力钢绞线 ,是目前宝钢高线产品中含碳量最高的钢种 ,占宝钢高线年产量的 40 %。文章针对宝钢 82B - 1盘条目前存在的强度 (抗拉强度 )性能波动 ,特别是同圈强度波动过大问题 ,从冷却工艺着手 ,以1 2 .5mm规格的 82B- 1盘条为对象 ,研究分析了不同冷却工艺对盘条强度性能波动的影响机理 ,并根据工艺试验结果给出减小 82B - 1盘条同卷及同圈强度波动的合适工艺。B-1 is mainly used for production of high strength low slack PC (pre-stressed concrete) strand.It is a steel product of high speed wire and rod with the highest carbon content Baosteel has ever produced.This product accounts for 40% of the annual production of Baosteel rod mill.The variation in tensile strength for 12.5mm 82B-1 coil,especially the excessive variation that exists in this same ring product is studied.On the basis of the cooling process,in combination with 12.5mm 82B-1 coil,the effect of different cooling processes on fluctuation in the coil strength has been analyzed,and an optimized cooling process has been given to reduce the coil's unstable tensile strength of the same ring based on the test results.
