摘 要:利用YAG锁模激光器的三倍频355nm激光做泵浦光,He Ne的632.8nm激光做探测光,研究了具有激发态质子转移效应的有机分子3 羟基黄酮(3 HF)乙醇溶液的全光光开关效应。实验结果表明,3 HF溶液光开关的启动时间很快,是由于分子的激发态质子转移效应引起的,而光开关的恢复时间较缓慢,是由溶液的热弛豫时间所决定,减小光束的光斑尺寸,可以减短光开关的恢复时间。All-optical switching of the organic molecule with excited state proton transfer effect-3-hydroxyflavone(3-HF) in ethanol was investigated by using third-harmonic generation(355 nm) of a mode-locked Nd:YAG laser as a pump beam and a cw He-Ne laser(632.8 nm) as a probe beam.Experimental results showed that the rising time of the optical switching of 3-HF solution was very fast and it was the cause of excited-state proton transfer effect of 3-HF.But the recovery time of the optical switching was slow because it was determined by the thermal relaxation of 3-HF solution.The recovery time of the optical switching can be reduced with decrease of the spot size of the incident beam.
