摘　　要：介绍了一种位移动态实时测试系统 ,来测试结晶器整体运动过程的状况。测得原始位移数据后 ,利用数据处理软件对位移进行处理 ,得出的加速度随时间的变化图形。加速度图形直观地反映了结晶器的动态特性。The present paper introduces a kind of dynamic and real-time displacement test system, which can be used to test the movement of mould in the whole process. A diagram of variation of acceleration with time was drawn up by processing the measured original displacement data using the data processing software. This acceleration diagram visually reflects the dynamic characteristics of the mould.
